THREE LEVEL SCORING CAMP

This 2 day camp is designed to improve a player’s ability to shoot, create space, relieve pressure, use screens and make decisions/reads to score at all 3 levels. Each two hour session will focus on improving these skills and applying them to competitive small sided games – 2V2 and 3v3. Constraints applied to these games will expedite the application of the skills focused on for that week.
Each section will be 20-30 min each day:
- shooting form, footwork and flow
- finishing at the basket – solutions and competitions
- attacking and relieving pressure off the dribble to score from mid-range - 3v3 and 2v2 with constraints / advantages for spacing and gaps
- using screens, cuts, and spacing to score from the 3 point line - 3v3 and 2v2 with constraints / advantages for spacing and gaps
- read, react, anticipate and make plays – basketball decision making
